You may use the platform only for lawful purposes. You may not use it to store illegal content or attempt to compromise the security of the service or other users.
Plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Trial periods are 14 days and do not require a credit card.
Your workspace data is isolated from other workspaces. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
We aim for high availability but make no uptime guarantees on non-Enterprise plans. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
Our Knowledge Axis is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
We collect the information you provide when signing up (name, email address, workspace details) and usage data generated while using the platform (document views, acknowledgements, audit actions).
All personal information is encrypted at rest using AES-256. Your email address and name are stored in encrypted form and are only decrypted when needed for display or email delivery.
Your data is used to operate the platform, send you transactional emails (account verification, password resets), and improve the service. We do not use your data for advertising.
Each workspace is fully isolated. Users in one workspace cannot access data from another. All queries are scoped to your workspace ID.
We use Stripe for payment processing. Your payment details are never stored on our servers. We may use email delivery services to send transactional emails.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. We will action deletion requests within 30 days.
